Description

Dextrose has many uses in brewing including boosting the starting sugar concentration without increasing the final gravity. It is also used in the production of craft seltzer. This is pharmaceutical grade dextrose and must be used as feed and not as food. We consider the production of yeast to be feed and alcohol to be a byproduct of that production.
