Propagate’s top selling Belgian strain, MIP-220 is a versatile Belgian strain that produces a wide range of esters and phenols depending on the fermentation temperature. This yeast can be used to make everything from a Saison to a table beer, from a blonde to a dark quad – it ferments fast and flocculates hard.
