Performance Data
This strain comes from a little town in France and is a true Biere de Garde yeast. It produces a beer that tastes very dry while leaving behind an above average amount of residual sugar. Additionally, the yeast produces a beer with a distinct minerality to it that gives the impression of limestone. This strain is the most unique in the collection by far, and was isolated by our founder.
