Performance Data
This particular lager yeast is from a former Monastic brewery in Germany. The yeast is the most well-behaved lager yeast in the world, and may well be the most used. The yeast produces very clean lagers, works well at cold temperatures, and flocculates better than most lagers, making it easy to harvest and reuse.

Our house lager strain. Ferments cleanly and quickly and produces a very clear lager with out having to use filtration or fining agents. Helped us take home a silver medal for our Bohemian Pilsner last year at the NYS Brewers Association’s Awards.
Only thing better than this yeast is Propagate’s customer service!
